Armando Cervantes is a first-generation Mexican-American, first of his family to have graduated college. He now has two Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Pastoral Theology and has served in leadership on various local, regional and national boards and organizations. He has over 20 years of professional experiences in various ministries serving all age groups in Catholic Dioceses and Non-Profits.
Armando serves nationally and internationally as a coach, consultant, advocate, trainer, speaker, strategist and nonprofit professional focusing on areas of vision, planning, stewardship, social media, youth and young adult engagement and intercultural competencies.
Tom is the Director of the Center for Ministry Development. Tom is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry. Tom served as editor and author for numerous publications including, Leadership for Catholic Youth Ministry (Twenty-Third Publications, 2013) and Effective Practices for Dynamic Youth Ministry (Saint Mary’s Press, 2004).
Brian Greenfield was born and raised in Washington, D.C. He came to know Christ while studying at Seton Hall University. Following a year as a Franciscan Friar of the Renewal, he became a speaker with Hard as Nails Ministries and a campus minister. He now lives in Florida with his wife, Genevieve, and three children: Mieko, Michael, and Grace.

Pat is a life-long, wacky Catholic who is blessed to serve as Director of Senior High Youth Ministry at a vibrant parish in St. Paul, Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Theology, Sociology, and Catechesis.
He has had opportunities to share his faith with thousands of youth and adults at retreats and conferences across the country, including Notre Dame Vision, the National Catholic Youth Conference, and many diocesan conferences, retreats and rallies. Pat lives in West St. Paul, MN with his beautiful bride and six children.

Over a decade of experience as a parish youth minister for a cluster of 3 parishes with a heart for reaching souls with the gospel and teaching the truth of the Catholic faith. Now working with youth leaders around the country, empowering them in the small group Discipleship model.
As the Program Director of the Thriving in Ministry Initiative supported by Lilly Endowment Inc., Katherine works to prepare pastoral leaders for long-term ministry in the Church and also directs the Bishop John M. D'Arcy Program in Priestly Renewal.
Born in Mexico and raised in Colombia, Katherine received a B.A. in Modern Languages in 2000 from King College in Tennessee and a M.A. in Pastoral Ministries in 2005 from St. Thomas University. She has more than 19 years of experience in youth ministry. She began as a Youth Minister at St. Mary's Church in Johnson City, Tennessee, where she later became the Director of Pastoral Ministries. After nine years, she became the Director of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Raleigh.
Before coming to the McGrath Institute, Katherine served for four years as the Associate Director of Youth Ministry at the Office of Formation and Discipleship for the Archdiocese of Atlanta. Angulo was the creator and Editor of The Mark, a Catholic teen magazine, and the Executive Producer of the volunteer training program, Called to Accompany/Llamados a Acompañar.
Michael has been leading evangelization and ministry efforts for the past 10 years, both as a full-time parish staff member and as a speaker and consultant for parishes, dioceses, and Catholic campus ministries. He has his Undergraduate Degrees in both Philosophy and Theology, and a Masters in Arts in Theology and Christian Ministry, from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio.
He currently serves as the Coordinator of Evangelization at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands. Michael is also the founder and creative director of LayEvangelist.com, and the producer and cohost of a Catholic evangelization Podcast, Every Knee Shall Bow produced by Ascension Press.
Jake Teitgen is the Director of Youth Ministry at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville, Indiana, and has been working in parish ministry for more than ten years.
He is a cohost of the Catholic youth ministry podcast, Pizza & Side Hugs, and currently serves on the Board of Directors at Bethlehem Farm, an incredible authentic Catholic community in West Virginia. Jake lives in Noblesville with his wife, Alicen, and three children: Julia (Jules), Genevieve (Eve), and Tobias (Toby).
FR. JONATHAN MEYER
Father Jonathan Meyer was ordained a priest in 2003 for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. After his ordination he served as the Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry for the Archdiocese. He has also served at several parishes.
In his spare time, he coaches Track and Cross Country; coaching at public schools for the past 10 years. He maintains a presence on the internet with weekly homilies and other teachings. He has written and published two children’s plays and recently wrote a chapter for Dynamic Catholic’s book, Beautiful Hope.
Chika Anyanwu is an international Catholic Speaker currently based in Anaheim, California. She received her bachelor's degree in English from California State University, San Bernardino in hopes of becoming a high school English and English as a Second Language instructor, but fell more deeply in love with sharing about Jesus and the Catholic Church.
Chika was a parish Confirmation Coordinator and Young Adult Minister for eight years in Southern California, is a two-time alumna of the National Evangelization Teams Ministries (NET Ministries, USA), and currently serves as an Area Contact for the Life Teen youth ministry movement while still spreading the Gospel full-time. Chika is a part of a big and beautiful Nigerian family, loves coffee, and strives for sainthood every day, although bad drivers challenge her sanctity.
